Sales & Marketing Role - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)
We have requirement sales and marketing executive
- Interact with prospects, pitch products and generate meetings.
- Confirm all scheduled meetings prior to the scheduled date and time.
- Lead generation, meetings & follow-ups with clients, site visits, builder visits etc.
- Interacting with prospective clients, and closing Sales.
- Following up with interested prospects till a Sales is closed.
- Preparing the presentation of projects
- Establish and sustain relationships with existing and new clients / consultants for continuous growth.
- Target based selling with adherence to the company's sales process & policies.
Competencies Required:
- Good at communication and presentations skills.
- Enthusiastic for Sales.
- Hands on in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint & mail communication.
- Hands on in CRM Software like ZOHO.
