Sales & Marketing Role - Real Estate (0-4 yrs)
Should be a graduate :
- Should have sound knowledge of computer with soft skill
- Preferably having experience in direct sales and track record of achieving sale quota
- Should be proficient in communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude for meeting new people and someone who enjoys doing sales
- Ability to understand requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospects
- Those having a working knowledge of market and consumer requirements and dynamics will get preference
- The preferable sector is Real Estate, but Life Insurance, Banking, Telecom, or any other direct retail B-2-C profile may also be considered depending upon the candidate's work profile.
Job Description :
- Converting prospects into customers by showing appropriate residential properties to the prospects, so that it matches the investment requirement of the prospects
- Using leads generated by Sourcing Team for the above as well as generate self-leads to convert them into customers, through local activities (doing on-ground activities in corporates, clubs etc).
- Taking prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process, coordinating with Developer or with our in-house Relations Team for any clarification required for the same.
- Ensuring that prospects and customers, both are satisfied with our services
- Providing after-sales services
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess customers- needs and provide information and assistance on product services and features
- Understanding the need of the clients and with proper coordination to close the sale.
- Discuss products offered and available alternatives, including creative financing options
- Providing after-sales services (helping the customer with Application & KYC, documentation, payment collection, Agreement execution etc.) and assisting customers in acquiring Home Loans
- Ensure high levels of consumer satisfaction by providing superior sales service
- Ensure proper coordination with Sourcing Team
- Establish trust relationships with customers
- Attend and participate in sales meetings
