Job Role- Sales and Marketing Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team in the Sales and Marketing position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, expand our customer base, and enhance brand visibility. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills to engage customers and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales :

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and prospecting.

3. Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

4. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate terms with potential clients.

5. Collaborate with the sales team to create sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and report on progress.

6. Develop a deep understanding of the product or service offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

Relationship Building :

1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client retention and upselling opportunities.

2. Collaborate with the customer support team to address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.

3. Engage in networking activities and industry events to establish a strong professional network and gather market insights.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

2. Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in Paints and construction Chemicals industry.

3. Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

5. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

6. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
