Sales & Marketing of the FMCG products in local market.

Job Description:

Sales Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for FMCG products.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Marketing Campaigns:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness and product adoption.

- Utilize consumer insights and market research to tailor marketing initiatives.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts and distributors.

- Negotiate and finalize agreements with customers to maximize profitability.

Sales Performance Monitoring :

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.

- Foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven experience in FMCG sales and marketing roles, with a minimum of [X] years in a managerial position.

- Strong understanding of sales strategies, marketing techniques, and consumer behavior in the FMCG industry.
