The ideal candidate will have the following skills and traits:
- Previous experience in Engineered Capital asset sales and proposal engineering
- Identify potential markets for products, and effectively design short term and long term strategy for expansion within the Indian and International landscape
- Map out the competitors within the market, and design strategies to position the organization against them
- Exceptional communication, personal presentation, phone manners and business acumen.
- Skilled in building brand awareness, identifying leads, quantifying business accounts and developing sales strategies.
- Capable to absorb and impart technical knowledge and able to demonstrate strong understanding of product and process for consultative sales process.
- Experience in influencing and selling directly to C-level managers and ability to communicate effectively to strategic decision makers.
- High level of motivation and commitment to outstanding levels of customer service.
- Have experience in dealing with both private and government customers.
- Exceptional time management skills, able to work under pressure meeting deadlines.
Job Description :
- Complete responsibility for generating quality leads, identify potential customers and develop new accounts to meet annual targets.
- Prepare and submit proposals to the customers and negotiate and finalise the orders
- Building brand image and develop market intelligence activities and sales strategies to identifying potential customers and increasing sales.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPI targets set by the company.
- Monitor and report on competitor's offering, prices and sales strategies.
- Develop and propose marketing and business development proposals and strategies.
- Build referral and good relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Visiting potential customers and clients on a regular basis, understanding their requirements, suggesting solutions, taking ownership of their needs and establishing direct contact with key decision makers.
- Attend and participate in seminars, exhibitions and other business meetings.
- Forecast long and short term market potential for the business.
