Responsibilities :

1. Identifying Potential Students : Actively search for and identify potential students from various colleges and coaching centers who are interested in management programs. This involves engaging with students, understanding their career aspirations, and promoting IBS campuses as an ideal choice for their higher education.

2. Coordination with Faculty : Work closely with the faculty members at IBS to organize and coordinate seminars and workshops. This will include scheduling events, arranging logistics, and ensuring that these sessions effectively communicate the benefits of IBS programs to prospective students.

3. Conducting BTL Activities : Plan and execute BelowtheLine (BTL) marketing activities aimed at reaching management aspirants. These activities might include roadshows, career fairs, oncampus events, and other interactive sessions designed to engage directly with the target audience.

4. Generating Referrals : Develop and implement strategies to generate referrals from existing aspirants. This could involve creating referral programs, maintaining regular contact with current students, and encouraging them to recommend IBS to their peers.

5. Target Achievement : Actively tap into existing and new colleges to meet the defined targets. This will include developing relationships with college administration and faculty, presenting at college events, and leveraging these connections to increase the enrollment of students into IBS programs.

6. Client Relationship Management : Reinforce and maintain good relations with both existing and prospective clients. This involves regular communication, understanding client needs, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional service to build longterm relationships that result in new business for the branch.

7. Market Analysis and Strategy : Regularly analyze market trends and changes, and assist senior heads in developing and refining sales strategies. This includes gathering market intelligence, understanding competitor activities, and identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.

Skills Required :

1. Communication Skills : Candidates must possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey the value propositions of IBS programs to prospective students and other stakeholders.

2. Go Getter Attitude : A proactive and determined approach is essential. Candidates should be motivated to achieve targets, overcome challenges, and persistently follow up with potential leads to close sales.

3. Target Oriented : The role requires individuals who are comfortable working with targets and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding business revenue goals.

4. Sales Proficiency : Candidates should be adept at making calls and closing sales from various databases. This includes cold calling, lead generation, followups, and converting leads into successful enrollments.
