Sales & Marketing Role - BFSI (2-7 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Regularly recruiting new agents or advisors. Agreement and constantly monitoring its activation.
- Management of health retail products.
- Forming alliances with agents.
- Execute regular field trips to offer insurance products to agents and individuals.
- Interacting with different divisions, including Underwriting, Claims, and Operations.
- Meet with agents, lead providers, and intermediates on a regular basis and keep systematic records.
- Training and motivating agents to participate contests and earn extra money.
Candidate Requirements :
- Two or more years of experience in any sales industry.
- Education : Graduate.
- Age : Between 22 and 38 years
- Strong sales abilities and effective communication skills.
