Sales & Marketing Role (0-5 yrs)
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels (online, trade shows, cold calls, industry events).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor products, and customer needs.
- Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers within target industries.
- Present and demonstrate the technical aspects of our chemical equipment to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with company sales targets and objectives.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, print advertising, email campaigns, and social media.
- Assist in creating content such as brochures, case studies, and presentations to communicate the company's value proposition.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and visibility within the industry.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing feedback and suggestions for improvements.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Provide excellent customer service and support during the pre-sale and post-sale process.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the technical and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and support for products.
