JOB DESCRIPTION SALES MANAGER
Setup & smooth expansion of business
Location Expansion :
- To ensure smooth expansion of business and creating a network of Location all across the assigned territory.
- Deployment of adequate resources to maximize the Business.
Business Volume :
- To ensure all efforts to achieve the targeted Business / Penetration.
Relationship :
- To maintain Healthy Business Relationship with Dealer Principal and dealer front end staff .
Process Compliance :
- To ensure the implementation of approved process / activities and ensure required adequate Review / controls over Process compliance.
Strategic Planning :
- Regular Analysis of Environmental factors of TW Industry and to take initiative / recommendation to adopt suitable Strategy, Plan, Process, Procedure, Policy to maximize Market Share, Brand Image and Profitability.
Portfolio Management Portfolio Management :
- To ensure Continuous & adequate support in FEMI Resolution and Non starter cases.
Leadership Training :
- For effective / Optimal use of deployed resources and best services to ensure updated / improved tools for continuous / updated training to Manpower.
Administration & Discipline :
- For smooth functioning of Business activities - to ensure to download Clear guidelines / policies to the field staffand monitoring the same with team on day to day basis .
