Sales Manager - TPP - Vehicle Loans/Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Job Description:
Will be responsible for driving Health, Life and motor Insurance business in Vehicle loan division & Measured on the Insurance Penetrations and volume done on a monthly basis.
Coordinating with Central team/ Local teams/team members (TPP Sales - Vehicle loans /HDFC Ergo/HDFC Life) across the region, process enhancement, and business development for New business
Single point contact to teams/team members across all verticals of Vehicle loans for feedbacks, enquiries and business improvement.
Need to work on Initiatives of the bank such as Banner ad lead follow up, employee Motor Insurance etc.
Will be single point of contact for all customers and will also be communicating with them by sending quotes/product offerings, and explaining the product/features/benefits.
Mentoring the SE's and getting the maximum output from the same.
Will be responsible for arranging regular refresher training from GI/LI companies for entire team of BDRs of vehicle loan teams
Will be responsible for preparing & floating regular MIS and highlighting the opportunity areas to the respective teams.
Need to closely work with the branches in order to improve the New / Renewal & Rollover business.
