POSITION : Sales Manager
Position Overview:
This position is an important position for Truckola. The key responsibility of the Sales Manager is to increase the market presence of Truckola, and contribute towards the growth of the business by achieving business development targets. He/she will directly report to the Business Development head.
Job Responsibilities :
- Generation of Leads/Inquires through various sources and servicing them.
- Maintaining a Healthy Database of Mid-sized manufacturing companies.
- Initiate engagement with factory head/transport manager of the manufacturing companies.
- Handling new inquiries received by the company through references & other sources.
- Presenting Truckola solutions to the factory head/transport manager and winning business by convincing them about Truckola benefits.
- Building a strong sales funnel for Truckola.
- Responsible for increasing sales, profitability and market share in the assigned territory.
- Liaise with Client Relationship Team and other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
- Develop promotional ideas and material.
- Attend trade meetings and industry conventions.
- Achieving business goals set by the directors.

Candidate Profile:
- Age - 25 to 30 years.
- Education - Graduation in any discipline, preferably marketing.
- Experience - 4 to 7 years of experience.
- Existing relationship with factory head/transport managers will be highly preferred.
Place of Work: Lower Parel, Mumbai.
Compensation: CTC Starts at Rs 8 lakhs per annum. Higher compensation can be considered commensurate to the skills and experience of the candidate.
