Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager - Logistics (7-17 yrs)
- Forecasting, Planning and achievement of targets set by the management.

- Secure new sales, increases profit margins and drives the customer delight through regular contact with existing/new accounts.
- Lead the development and administration of sales team.
- Clearly understand and ensure compliance with all Company procedures and policies.
- Develop marketing materials for all Company services.
- Identify and analyse target markets and clients within the specified area or customer group.
- Set objectives per product in tune with the budget
- Develop a sales plan including inputs from network development.
- Strong communication, analytical, planning, training and execution skills with the ability to multi-task & ensure timely completion of all assignments.
- Maintain CRM - Sale force
- Sales organization structure with complete KRA set for each members of the team.
- Develop the best in class team of sales professionals.
- Developing this team includes being the lead for all matters such as: hire, train, mentor, motivate, performance evaluations, reports, termination, etc. Well versed in managing the workforce under his command and maximizing its output.
- Maximise the conversion of business opportunities available.
- Maintain good relationships with all internal company Sales and Operations teams and external partners and customers.
- Developing, maintaining and following Sales and Marketing procedures/programs/ CRM.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
- Be a positive, professional role model for all team members throughout the organization by demonstrating visible leadership skills.
