Sales Manager - Premium Luxury Furniture Brand (3-7 yrs)
The group is in the business of beautifying homes, offices, furniture, interiors etc. The group is the pioneers of luxury mono brand showrooms in the country.
Accountability:- Responsible for developing sales strategy, execution and business development towards profitable growth. Builds market position by location, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
Major Deliverable:-
- Grow and develop a network of contacts/relationships in the commercial architect/designer community of assigned markets.
- Establish relationships with key real estate/developers of luxury apartments and hotels.
- Promote and qualify possible Turn-key opportunities through commercial architect/designer community
- Achieving monthly sales target.
- Discussing and formulating quotations, Monitoring pre-sale and post sale follow up.
- Store Operations: Ensure smooth operations of all showrooms by scheduling and assigning consultants. Implement technology to improve operations of the company.
Required Candidate:
Qualification: Any Graduate + MBA in Marketing
- Candidate with 3-7 years of work experience.
- Sales Experience in Interior & Home Decoration Products
- Communication skills should be excellent, with good command over English and the local language.
- Knowledge of the local city should be good
- Should have a flair for design, excellent people skills and passion to build customer relationship.
- Should be capable of taking orders and independently implementing them in your boutique Interior Design, Architectural or Civil Engineering background would be an added advantage.
Compensation:- Salary will depend upon current salary, experience, interview performance etc. There is no limit for right candidate. Approximate salary will be 4-6 lacs
