Sales Manager - Loan Against Property/Business Loan (4-10 yrs)
We are hiring for NBFC.
Location : Delhi
Experience: Minimum 4 years
KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acquisition of new clients, managing existing relationships and driving sales process discipline to achieve business targets.
- Be an effective bridge between the Client, Company and the DST.
- Implement Company strategies towards enhancing market penetration, business volumes and growth.
- To train, coach and guide the DSTs in their knowledge, sales skills, customer orientation& Company policy.
- Establish continuous discipline in monitoring team's performance and motivation.
- Anticipateattrition, manage team size by building a quality team, and continuous engagement.
- Be highly focussed on achieving business targets through effective and inspiring managerial skills.
- Ensure client quality and value by adherence to existing established quality & compliance standards.
- Be thoroughly aware of competition business in various target segments& augment the presence and penetration of the Volition brand.
- Improve process discipline & sales delivery by effective sales monitoring and continuous improvement programs.
- Implement Company strategies towards enhancing market penetration, business volumes and growth.
- Ensure end-to-end process management and adherence to all compliance processes from loan eligibility to loan disbursement.
- Consistently identify and acquire new DSTs and maintain a healthy relationship with them to promote & develop existing and new business opportunities.
- Take a lead in developing and maintaining a healthy and collaborative relationship with internal stakeholders such as Credit, Operations and other functions.
