Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our agency sales team in achieving exceptional sales performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's customer base.
2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans, tactics, and campaigns to drive business growth and increase market share.
3. Agent Recruitment and Development: Recruit, train, and develop new agents to ensure a strong sales pipeline and succession planning.
4. Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to agents to improve results.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 2+ years in sales management, Field sales,Marketing
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3. Must be local candidate
4. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and sales skills.
