Sales Manager - eTail - Courier & Logistic Firm (4-10 yrs)
We are having Openings for our client Largest Courier and Logistic Company in India.
Job Title : Sales Manager - eTail.
Location : Bangalore
Reporting to: eCommerce Head South
Purpose:
Responsible for driving the E tail Customers Growth within the Region effective sales process management for all products (DP, International, Retail, Cargo, E-Retail) and revenue enhancement via channel partners
Key Responsibilities:
Financial
- Be a part of Review and monitor the branch revenue performance in terms of actual sales growth and profitability as against targeted numbers; Take appropriate steps to reduce deviations, if any
- Evaluate profitability of all branch customers and key accounts on a periodic basis; Identify issues, if any, and develop plans to meet the set profitability targets
- Track product-wise yields on a periodic basis; Identify issues, if any, and develop plans to meet the set yield targets
Operational
- Help the E tail Business lead to drive revenues for all products (DP, International, Retail, Cargo, E-Retail) in the branch through the branch and area sales teams
- Implement sales and marketing plans for driving revenues, market share and profitability of all products in the branch
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential large clients in the branch through regular interactions with key decision makers
- Develop & retain existing customers and achieve base targets set for the product on a monthly basis
- Follow-up and ensure closure of product specific sales leads forwarded by the telemarketing team or other departments

- Ensure updation of prospects (potential clients) details in SAFFHIRE software package on a daily basis
- Communicate & coordinate with internal & external customers on service issues, if any
- Support sales capability building initiatives in the branch
Provide support to the Regional Sales Head - Product in identification of opportunities for modification of existing product offering for increasing revenues/ profitability.
