Technical/Functional Skill Set:
- Good Market knowledge about Electronic Design Automation industry
- Solid experience in sales and marketing, Pre-Sale technical discussions with clients to gain an understanding of the requirement and ensure effective Conversion
- Excellent understanding of sales processes of Defense & PSU should have handled accounts like LRDE, HAL, and BEL etc.
- Should have experienced in handling Sales/Marketing/Business development of Engineering products and services/ EDA/ Test & Measurement / Semiconductor analog line cards
- Detailed market knowledge and customer info.
- Good knowledge of VLSI methodology.
Soft Skills:
Should have good communication and presentation skills.

Pre-Sale Opportunity Mapping
- Initiate and conduct technical discussions with clients.
- Pre-Sale technical discussions with clients to gain an understanding of the requirement and ensure effective Conversion.
- Coordinate with Application team to provide all technical support.
- Understand vertical market application and latest technical development for all products.
- Identifying potential customers to demonstrate products and gain new markets
Customer Management
- Build effective client relationship with the assigned list of Defense and PSU customers in India.
- An interface between the Organizations technical application team, and with the customer.
- Ensure the high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure committed revenue grows in each assigned account
- Working closely with Business manager for devising the strategies & implementation
