Role summary:

The role is to enact a key role & be part of a dynamic sales team & drives business through various activities across the sales spectrum.

Role description:

1. To drive sales through various marketing initiatives.

2. Drive the channel partners assigned to achieve the sales target.

3. Ensure smooth registration, training, certification & commission disbursal for channel partners

4. Ensure more revenues from performing category & motivate the non-performing ones

5. Develop a healthy investor data base through channel partners

6. Ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners

7. Tap potential markets for direct clients across India and abroad.

8. Define strategies for sale of all properties.

9. Responsible for handling direct enquiries from advertising & hoardings.

10. Making sales presentations to key decision makers effectively selling the capabilities & service offerings of the property.

11. Responsible for handling Prospective Clients/ Corporate houses/MNCs Negotiating & Finalizing of sales transactions with interested clientele.

12. Managing extensive client relation exercises, liasioning deals between the organization and clients, while cultivating networks to ensure consistent business leads, and repeat business.

13. Required to be constantly updated with the real estate market, gather market Intelligence

14. Responsible for achieving targets set by the organization.
