- Solid experience in sales and marketing, Pre-Sale technical discussions with clients to gain an understanding of the requirement and ensure effective conversion
- Adopt various sale processes like, territory planning, forecasting, and customer on boarding etc.
- Excellent understanding of sales processes of Defense/Govt. & PSU,
- Should have handled accounts like LRDE, HAL, BEL etc.
- Should have experienced in handling Sales/Marketing / Business development of CAD/CAE or Engineering products and services.

Pre-Sale Opportunity Mapping
- Initiate and conduct technical discussions with clients.
- Pre-Sale technical discussions with clients to gain an understanding of the requirement and ensure effective Conversion.
- Coordinate with Application team to provide all technical support.
- Understand vertical market application and latest technical development for all products.
- Identifying potential customers to demonstrate products and gain new markets
Customer Management
- Build effective client relationship with the assigned list of Defense and PSU customers in India.
- An interface between the Organizations technical application team, and with the customer.
- Ensure the high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure committed revenue grows in each assigned account
- Working closely with Business manager for devising the strategies & implementation
