Job Description :
1. Responsible for meeting organization's monthly sales targets
2. Set targets for individual sales executives
3. Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving sales targets, train the sales force regarding the products and their utility, and how to close a sale
4. Personally, observe sales executives in stores on a regular basis and enable them to increase their numbers by on-ground training and support
4. Map new potential customers and generate leads for the organization (B2B and B2C)
5. Responsible for brand promotion and popularizing the product - including the planning of marketing collateral and visual merchandising at point of sale
6. Ensuring sales team is also motivated and working happily together - conflict management for the sales force is under the purview of the sales manager
7. Develop lucrative target based incentive schemes, introduce monetary benefits to help them deliver the sales force deliver its best.
8. Client relationship management (individual customers, B2B and B2C) and servicing of key accounts (retailers, individual customers, and B2B clientele)
9. Present sales reports, analyze sales data and plan ahead to improve sales and profitability
10. Managing the sale team and training the sales representative, growing the team by adding more representative and structuring the incentive for them
11. Report to the managing director/founders
12. Other responsibilities as may arise for the smooth functioning of the business
13. Travelling included within the country and within the city.
Qualification: Graduate
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:30 AM to 7:30 PM)
