Sales Manager/Business Development Manager - IT Staffing (7-10 yrs)
We are looking to hire aggressive, self motivated individuals to bring in new clients and manage the whole delivery process.
- The Sales manager / Business Development Manager will be required to work diligently to bring new SI / Direct accounts
- You must have experience in similar capacity in your current role & must have an excellent track record in the generating new business.
- You must be thorough with the whole sales life cycle, process and connects.
- You must be able to manage the complete hiring cycle on your own & must have existing industry contacts.
- The candidate must be able to hunt and farm their clients to get requirements from them and be able to coordinate the submission of correct profiles to the client.
Experience : 6+ Years
Skills :
- Be very comfortable with approaching your current connections and close them quickly.
- Must be very familiar with vendor enrollment process at various organizations
- Be at ease with cold calling / approaching new clients.
- Experience in getting requirements from your clients on your own.
- Must be able to manage full cycle of recruitment.
- Should be able to screen good experienced IT consultants as per the client needs.
- Should have a strong sense of discipline, honesty and a positive attitude.
- Build networks of candidates and develop creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies to accommodate for current and future client demands.
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing environment.
- Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
