Sales Manager - BFSI (1-3 yrs)
The Sales Manager is responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, devising strategic plans, training and motivating the sales team, managing key accounts, and recruiting new talent to meet organizational sales objectives effectively.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Setting Sales Goals: Establishing clear and attainable sales targets for the team that align with the company's overall goals.
- Developing Sales Plans: Creating strategies and tactics, including market segmentation, product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities, to reach sales goals.
- Offering Training: Providing ongoing training programs to enhance the sales team's skills in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Motivating Team Members: Keeping the sales team engaged and motivated through recognition, incentives, rewards, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Managing Accounts: Supervising important customer accounts, nurturing relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Recruiting: Identifying potential talent, recruiting new sales representatives, conducting interviews, and efficiently integrating new hires into the sales team.
Requirements:
- Education: Any undergraduate degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales.
- Location: Must reside locally.
