Job Description :
- To interact with potentials via channels - Call,email,chat
- Converting potentials into business
- Achieving business target
- Managing relationship and repo with client
- Updating the client data in CRM system
- To make outbound calls to update the client about the service delivery and business update
- To raise concerns which client may be facing at delivery level.
- Client meeting in premises as well as customer premises
- CRM management -ZOHO CRM
Language Known: Telugu, Tamil, Kannada,Gujarati,Marathi,Malayalam
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM)
