Sales Manager - B2B Health Tech/Wellness (6-7 yrs)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with 67 years of experience preferably in health tech wellness B2B setup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing corporate sales, identifying opportunities run successful campaigns, and managing key accounts within the health tech and wellness sector
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, track progress, and report to seniors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients for employees health and wellness programs.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaboration with corporate entities to drive business growth.
- Collaborate and handle channel partners, and platforms to generate revenue. Build sales processes around it, run campaigns, etc. Analyse market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for marketing campaigns.
- Actively look at CRM or other databases to design campaigns.
- Collaborate with various teams such as Product, and Marketing to develop and execute effective campaigns to promote our DNAbased wellness solutions.
- Negotiate and discuss contracts with potential partners and clients.
- Drive expansion into new geographical regions and customer segments.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with key clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Resolve any issues or concerns promptly to maintain strong partnerships
Skills and qualifications required:
- MBA preferred.
- 6 - 7 years of progressive sales experience in the health tech and wellness industry.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth understanding of Corporate B2BEnterprise Sales ecosystem, including key industry players and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results oriented, and customer focused.
