- Thorough understanding of Financial Markets (Home Loans & Loans against Property)
- The candidate should have a minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year
- Sales Focused & Customer Oriented
Achieve allocated business targets :
- Sourcing of new client relationships and achieving monthly business targets
- Generate new business via sales promotions, out-marketing calls and presentations
- Understand and advising clients based on their needs and long term financial planning goals
- Maintain proper records of client communication
- Adhere to the laid down sales processes and guidelines
- Participate actively in sales planning with the line manager to generate action plans for meeting targets
- Keeping clients and self updated on market opportunities based on research recommendation and fund house interaction
