Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager - Lighting/Switches/Audio Visual (3-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Generating leads by outbound calls, contacts database and collaborating with clients for understanding their requirements and providing them the appropriate AV solution.
- Making Presentations to the Clients about the Proposed Solution and the latest Technology available.
- Building relations with Architects, PMCs and Consultants for future/ongoing AV projects and Maintaining client database on CRM.
- Responsible for Conducting Site Surveys, Estimation, Designing and Preparing BOQ for Audio Visual Solutions.
- Hands on experience on Audio Visual Systems (Video Conferencing Solutions, AV for Auditoriums, Video Walls, Digital Signages, Training Room Solutions, Interactive Boards etc)
- Responsible for revenue generation through sale of Annuall Maintenance Contracts(AMC).
- Training sales team to keep them updated on the latest trends in Audio Visual Industry.
- Designing and development of custom graphical user interface (GUI) on control system touch panels using Crestrons SIMPL window and Vt-Proe programming.
- Developing systems integration programs using Crestron, Kramer, and Apart Audio and Biamp Audio systems.
- Responsible for always maintaining professional attitude and delivering excellent customer service.
- Troubleshooting and debugging of AV systems.
- Full compliance with company and customers safety programs.
- To take the training programs from manufacturers and implement it with the software for practical purpose.
Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Generating leads for providing AV solutions (like Video conferencing, Auditoriums Solutions, Digital signages, Training Room solutions etc) by interacting with Corporate Clients, preparing the BOQ and also generating revenue through AMCs. Maintaing an updated database on CRM.
- Designing: Providing vital data to the design team in preparing the final drawing for a project. Helping clients with proper information about a product in order to finalise a product/products according to client requirements for a particular site.
- Installation: Supervising proper and on time installation to ensure that projects are handed over to clients as per customer requirements and providing solutions to technical issues arising.
- Commissioning: Ensuring proper handover over of projects with efficient and accurate installation as per client requirements.
