Area Head-LAP (Delhi /Mumbai)-3 each in location
Sales Manager -SME (Delhi )- 4 position, Avg ticket size-Above 5 cr with above 100cr turnover
Job Responsibility-
FOR SME :-
- Develop strong long-term relationships with mid-market / SME businesses with a view of achieving growth targets in line with the business plan
- Deliver growth in overall business through the development of all key distribution channels - direct, indirect and reference
- Understand customer needs and propose products or lending terms to cater to these requirements, while adhering to risk management guidelines
- Carry out negotiations of lending terms and conditions with mid-market / SME business representatives
FOR Mortgage (LAP):-
- Will be handling DSA & open market channel for Business.
- Area Head will be handlong a team of Sales Manager, Min exp should be 5 years into Mortgage with team handling exp.
- Understand customer needs and propose products or lending terms to cater to these requirements, while adhering to risk management guidelines
