We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our insurance team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and recruitment of top financial/general insurance/health insurance distributors in the assigned territory. You will play a crucial role in pitching career opportunities through seminars, presentations, and meetings.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage with top financial/general insurance/health insurance distributors in the assigned territory.
- Conduct career seminars, presentations, and meetings to promote Agency as a career opportunity.
- Understand the value proposition for top advisors/business associates and manage their onboarding process in compliance with regulations.
- Recruit and onboard top advisors and business associates as per defined recruitment plans.
- Drive sales through the team of top advisors/business associates and financial distributors to achieve defined sales targets.
- Maintain quality of sales by ensuring persistency standards of the channel.
- Adhere to desired input behaviors to drive sales and recruitment effectively.
- Provide periodic training and development to advisors for new product launches and updates in company guidelines/policies.
Measures of Success :
- Successful hiring and activation of top advisors/financial distributors from competitors.
- Effective career seminars and meetings with top advisors/financial distributors.
- Consistent achievement of sales and recruitment plans.
- Persistency of advisors and business associates.
- Productivity and retention of advisors.
