Responsibilities :
- Interact with corporate and business owners on behalf of chamber
- Organising Online digital and custom events (Digital and Physical)
- Call and Coordination with delegates/attendees
- Arrange and Host events and live Shows on social media platform
- Pre event marketing and promotions by electronic media
- Conducting Interviews and hosting online shows
- PR, Branding and branding of the company
- Manage video editing, production of digital events with camera and editing
- Manage event budget sheets
- Interact with event sponsors
Essential Skills & Qualification :
- 0-1 years of work experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Marketing skills and knowledge of how social media posts work
- Self-motivated and dynamic
- Knowledge of MS Office products
- Understanding of event spaces and production
- Designing and creative writing skills
- Previous experience of managing digital and physical events
- Experience of client servicing
