Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the sales process, managing sales teams, developing strategies to drive business growth, and ensuring effective team management to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including market research and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies.
- Create sales forecasts and analyze performance metrics to improve outcomes.
2. Management Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Set clear team goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure alignment.
- Handle conflict resolution and address employee concerns effectively.
