Job description :

- Handle a team responsible of their sales targets.

- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting based on current market conditions.

- Leading & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency and meeting of individual and group targets.

- Involve in Negotiations and strategy to close deals to increase average profit on sales

- Mentor at least five candidates from initial training, geographical knowledge positions, Accompainthem in sales boost them in employee retention rates.

 -Analyzed market trends increase in user engagement on our site.

- Formulating and implementing business strategies, exploring and developing new markets, contributed with my organization to open new branch in Chennai.

- Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitor's activities, providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales and marketing strategies. This will help organization to increase lead generation by 12% to 13% with same effort.

- Managing Customer Relationship including interaction with customers for effective resolution of customer grievances and receive feedback.

- Expert in planning and integrating new customer prospecting campaigns increasing agencies acquisition rate
