Candidate/Job Profile:
20 Yrs Experience with at least 10 years in System-Integration/Services/Security Sales
Should be able to create new business line
Capability to build team from scratch
Very good communication and relationship skills
Should have experience of leading/building team
Experience of handling business unit/LOB at least at revenue and GP level
Collaborative and team player
Very high tenacity of purpose
Strong business acumen and strategic orientation
Achieving targets through Selling Hardware Network Solution and Services, concept selling & IT end to end enterprise solutions.
Responsible for effective and efficient management of various solution of Hardware & Managed Services and related business development in telecom vertical as well as corporate/Government for CCL's Enterprise & strategic accounts.
Responsible to creatively produce business plans, turnaround strategies and RFP responses.
Conducting monthly review meetings with customers.
To Provide tailor-made upgrade solution to existing and new customers and developing business through performance enhancement.
Achieving targets through ATM Hardware, Break-Fix, Payment Solution and Managed Services concept selling.
