Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Lead to oversee a segment of our IT Infrastructure and Services business. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of sales experience in the IT industry, particularly in selling enterprise solutions such as IT solutions, data center solutions, IT storage, server sales, networking solutions (switches, routers, firewalls, voice, wireless solutions, passive components), business consulting, and infrastructure management services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans for the mass market customers.

- Provide strong day-to-day leadership for all sales operations staff.

- Identify geographic growth opportunities and priorities.

- Achieve both individual and team sales targets.

- Acquire and develop new business.

- Develop a business plan to increase the division's profitability through cost control and cost-based decision-making.

- Contribute to profit planning in relation to overall corporate objectives.

- Close deals generated through self-initiated calls or internal leads.

- Responsible for payment collection from customers.

- Ensure all support staff play a key role in servicing client accounts.

- Conduct weekly reviews with immediate supervisors and colleagues.

- Demonstrate commercial judgment and customer orientation to develop alongside principles.

- Provide excellent customer service and continue business development efforts.

- Identify wider sales opportunities across the entire account.

- Attend product training organized by principles to upgrade product knowledge.

- Research customer profiles for accurate positioning and deliver effective, skillful presentations.

- Adhere to the company's predefined rules and regulations.

- Coach and mentor the sales team.

Competencies Required :

- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

- Ability to make good decisions through a combination of analysis consistently, wisdom, experience, and judgment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to delegate tasks effectively.

- Experience in scaling up organizations and connecting with staff on both individual and group levels.

- Exceptional capacity for managing and leading people.

Product Line Experience :

- Selling enterprise solutions, including IT solutions, data center solutions, IT storage, server sales, networking solutions (switches, routers, firewalls, voice, wireless solutions, passive components), business consulting, and infrastructure management services.

- Selling collaboration, video conferencing, and boardroom solutions.

- Sales experience in corporate, government, banking, institutional, and industrial sectors.

Mandatory Ultra-Critical Skills :

- Extensive experience (10+ years) in IT solution sales and enterprise solutions.

- Proven leadership and team management abilities.

- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and customer orientation skills.

- Proficient in managing payment collections and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Ability to coach, mentor, and scale up sales teams effectively.

- Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure and services, including networking, data center solutions, and business consulting.
