Sales Leader - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Leader to join our team in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and target new business opportunities to expand our client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, such as brokers and agents.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential growth areas
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs and expectations are met
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate and finalize business contracts and agreements
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- A minimum of 2-4 years experience in field sales or an equivalent role is necessary
- Proven track record of success in business development in the insurance industry
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to close deals
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
