Sales Leader - FMCG Startup (2-5 yrs)
About the role
Sales leaders (Gurgaon)
- Drive sales in Gurgaon
- Identify potential corporate/institutional clients and approach them in a systematic manner to introduce new customers
- Mine existing accounts (10-15) to cross-sell other services (e.g., healthy meals, machines, bulk supplies)
- Identify and participate in relevant industry conferences (e.g., HR leaders, Admin leaders) to develop networks
- Build strong relationships with the HR heads and Admin heads
What do we look for in candidates?
- Ambition with fire in the belly
- 2-4 years of B2B sales experience with readymade network of clients in Gurgaon
- Fluent speaker in English
- B.Tech from Tier-1 college or Bachelors from top school (e.g., SRCC, St. Stephens); MBA from Tier-1 college, an advantage but not must have
Location and compensation
- Location - Gurgaon
- Compensation - At par with industry
