Sales Leader - Financial Solutions (1-2 yrs)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and drive sales to meet area-specific targets.
- Foster strong relationships with agents, providing necessary support for growth.
- Create and lead impactful training programs to help agents exceed their sales goals.
- Continually assess agent performance and provide constructive feedback to improve outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or managing agent relationships.
- Must possess a bike and valid driving license for fieldwork.
- Local candidates with knowledge of the regional market are preferred.
