Sales Lead Role - Real Estate (2-10 yrs)
Sales Lead
- Lead generation and prospecting (i.e., cold calling, local brokers, events, etc.)
- Existing sales pipeline management.
- Inbound lead management.
- Partner with the community/operations teams to ensure successful placement and follow up of new members.
- Ensure all existing member renewals are done
- Touring and demonstrating locations and business solutions with potential members.
- Local support, travel within the city to meet local brokers; go through business directories etc to generate new leads.
