Sales & Lead Generation Specialist - BFSI (0-1 yrs)

Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Develop and implement effective strategies to attract potential clients for insurance and mutual funds through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, referrals, and industry events.
- Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, addressing inquiries and scheduling consultations with sales representatives to facilitate the sales process.
- CRM Management : Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking, follow-up, and reporting of client interactions and sales progress.
- Collaboration : Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to client acquisition.
- Metrics Tracking : Monitor and report on lead generation metrics, including lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness, to assess performance and optimize strategies.
- Market Insights : Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance lead generation efforts and contribute to overall business growth.
- Sales Support : Assist in the sales process by presenting insurance and mutual fund products to potential clients, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable with their choices.
- Goal Achievement : Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Requirements :
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and tools.
- Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Any Graduate or a related field is preferred.
