Sales Lead - FMCG (5-9 yrs)

Job Responsibilities ;
1. This will be a challenging opportunity to lead Company's Wet Hair category & other FMCG in Ghana towards achieving the business objective of competitive, profitable & sustainable growth.
2. Opportunity to work with/influence multiple stakeholders across Ghana
Leveraging the synergies of Company's Products and Company's Partners products Leveraging the Cross-pollination opportunities across the organization to make the most of the growth opportunities in Ghana

- Achieving top line, market share and bottom line targets for the company.
QUALIFICATION/ SKILLS REQUIRED
- The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in Business Administration from a premier business school.
- 5+ years of experience within Sales / Marketing functions including experience in consumer goods industry.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS
This role has principal reporting to the MD Ghana.
