About the Role :
As a Sales Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating sales leads across various channels. You'll ensure timely follow-ups, organize lead information, and help convert leads into valuable sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with the sales team to track and manage leads.
- Ensure leads are qualified and assigned to the appropriate team member.
- Maintain a system for tracking lead statuses and conversion rates.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase lead generation.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead flow.
- Regularly report on lead generation and conversion metrics.
Key Qualifications :
- 1-2 years in lead generation, sales coordination, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum undergraduate degree.
- Age: 22 to 35 years.
- Local candidates preferred.
Compensation :
- Salary (CTC): - 3.20 LPA to - 3.80 LPA
