Sales Initiator - Business Development - IT (1-4 yrs)
As a Sales Initiator (BD), you are responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.
You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through channel sales. You will be provided with daily leads and will focus on qualifying leads and give to our Business Development team. The business analyst's primary objective is helping businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must have in between 1-4years of industrial experience. Freshers with excellent
communication and knowledge of pre-sales can also apply.
- Experience in MIS reporting and analysis.
- Having an experience on Channel sales/handling and Product sales.
- Keep the sales pipeline full to consistently move potential clients through the sales process.
- Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries.
- Giving demos or setting up for our Sales Managers.
- Maintaining Sales CRM.
- Identify and research target companies to understand target organizations- products and/or services.
- Maintain active communication and follow-up with leads by following a strategic sales cadence.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Should possess the skill to work both in a team and also perform independently.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with senior decision makers
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Proven analytical background
- Advanced Excel skills
