Location - Bangalore / Mumbai
Total Experience - 10 Years to 20 Years
Key Tasks
- The incumbent should have 14 to 18 years of experience in sales, recruitments (wherein has been involved in selling manpower - perm or temp)
- Had handled a team of min 7 to 15 staffs
- Open to travel across South/West and in short timelines, min 10-12 days of travel in a month
- Had good contacts in the industry
- Can showcase quick results
- Gender not a constraint
- Extremely good personality and language
- Can work on extended schedules and demanding target situations
- Very good in mathematics and computation
- Good team player as well as team manager
- Can also play a role with me in hiring, projects
- Good knowledge of the industry belts in the market
