ROLE :
- To Take care of the complete Channel Distribution network for the regions
- Provide strategic direction to the RMs thereby driving growth for respective channels (Urban, Rural, WS, Hawker)
- Facilitate growth of individual brands and ensure deliveries of Marketing plans
- Analyze, monitor and develop strategies to enhance distribution reach through:
- Ensure effective New product introductions through achievement of a minimum Perfect Punch Score & effective distribution strategy
- Develop specific strategies for different trade segments and ensure optimum utilization of Trade Marketing resources
- Ensuring commercial hygiene compliance, forecast accuracy
- Coaching and developing the sales team to improve competencies and effectiveness - in the areas of Customer Management / Meeting Effectiveness and Field Implementation.
- Managing stockist and trade relationship by anticipating proactively and resolving issues, minimising stockist and field force attrition.
- Monitor competitor activity - anticipate and develop strategies to counter competition's efforts
- Facilitate compliance to corporate guidelines on Sales Systems and processes through active communication and control mechanisms
