Job Description
- Seeking an experienced leader who will act as a Profit Centre Head for Corporate sales and B2B Business at PAN India level.
- Reporting to the Co-founder
- Primary responsibility is to independently manage relationships with lending partners to generate revenue
- Devise an operating sales plan detailing quarterly and annual sales
- New Business Development and servicing client's for long lasting business opportunities
- MIS publication and dashboard preparation to track business growth
- Self - confidence to deal effectively at the highest levels
- Been a team player with the ability to motivate and lead
- Good business sense and the ability to develop an understanding of the bank's products and dynamics in the market.
- Have uncompromising ethics and the willingness to take a stand with line management on business decisions from a financial perspective and business conduct.
- Have a good understanding of products in current market conditions
