- Create a distinct sales process for sales managers and Sales Executives
- Create regional sales plans in alignment with business objectives
- Having own contacts of retail/ecommerce background for developing business
- Acquiring new merchants also maintaining wealthy relationship with existing merchants

- Announce, present, and educate sales team of any new or upcoming targets
- Train new sales department hires in company processes and procedures
- Manage and supervise sales team to ensure they are on track in achieving sales goals
- Lead, motivate, acknowledge, and inspire your team to perform beyond expectations
- Hold frequent performance reviews with staff to provide constructive feedback
- Continually monitor and track regional sales performance
- Analyze and report on monthly sales outcomes
- Ensure customer issues are attended to appropriately and efficiently
- Build and maintain positive client and customer relationships
- Be a fitting representative and promoter of our brandweek, month, year, etc
