Sales Head - Building Material (15-20 yrs)
We have an opening with our client .
Role : Sr. Manager - Sales / Head - Sales
Location : Hyderabad
Qualification : Graduate / Diploma in Engineering / other related in Mechanical
Special courses in Operations / MBA - Operations / Planning
Experience : 15 -20 years
Roles :
- To establish clear strategies and targets for the sales team in line with the main organizational objectives.
- To lead the team to achieve and surpass those targets.
- To build strong partnerships with the current customer base.
- To grow customer base, domestically and internationally.
- Establishes clear, and measurable sales targets and leads the team to achieve them.
- Implements customer specific account management plans, and holds regular meetings to ensure both parties are aligned and up to date.
- Determines annual sales and gross-profit plans by implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Responsible for all SLAs and contracts with customers and dealers.
- Owns the department KPIs and ensures timely management reporting. Can proactively manage deviations from budgets and estimations.
