Sales Head - B2C Sales - IT (15-25 yrs)
- This role would be responsible for managing the entire B2C sales for the assigned products/BU to drive greater value for the business. He/she would manage and drive the inside sales teams.
- Develop the business plan and execute the sales strategy
- Complete responsibility for P&L
- Handle revenue targets of INR 100 crores and above
- Handled a team of minimum 5-10 members, which includes Inside Sales Managers, Associate Business Managers & Business Managers
- Cost efficient customer acquisition and ensuring high volume of daily transactions
- Build & manage a strong sales team with deep understanding of consumer buying, marketing tools, PR and CRM
Desired Candidate traits:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Sales domain with extensive experience in B2C sales.
- Should have extensive knowledge in digital marketing - Optimization of digital marketing cost.
- Should have worked on App based product
- Experience in managing a large sales / tele-calling team
- B2C sales experience is mandatory
- Strong analytical abilities & good interpersonal skills
- Experience in driving P&L for a BU
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
- MBA (preferably tier 1) along with an engineering degree would be preferred
