Sales Growth Lead - IT (7-12 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Guide and energize a team of Business Development Executives and Tele-sales Representatives to exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular meetings for feedback and coaching, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Foster a high-performance, customer-centric sales environment.
- Monitor team performance through key metrics to ensure target achievement.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations to prospective clients and engage in outbound and inbound sales activities.
- Collaborate with the CMO and CEO to develop strategic sales plans that support business growth.
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems, ensuring transparency and tracking of lead statuses, calls, and interactions.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in sales, including a minimum of three years in a management or leadership capacity supervising sales teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in a B2B sales context, particularly within the SaaS, technology, or travel sectors.
