Sales Generation Specialist - Building Material (4-10 yrs)
Requirements :
- Graduate/Master's in the related field
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in handling building materials sales.
- The major requirement is handling architects for sales purposes.
Job Description :
- To promote the entire range of luxury products in the assigned territory
- To keep an updated database of builders/dealers/architects
- To develop a strong relationship with the Senior Architect / Designer by personal visit, courtesy call, or one-to-one meeting at frequent intervals.
- To Educate Architects on Ready fit/Corner standard sizes in such a way that Architects give leads.
- To Meet Builders as already planned, to educate them on Shower Enclosures
- To make a detailed presentation to the Senior Architect/Designer
- To visit builders/dealers/architects along with Sales Employees as an expert to aid in the closure of sales calls.
- Submit weekly action plan in advance and update on work in the progress report on a weekly basis covering key contents of discussions with customers met and way forward action plan.
- To ensure that the product is specified in the Project.
Functional Requirements :
- Experience in Business Development and related groundwork
- Experience of doing market development and growth
- Expertise in creating brand presence and visibility
- Experience of exposure to concept selling rather than product selling
- Ability to procure leads and cues from everywhere possible
- Ability to establish and maintain a wide network of resources
- To follow up effectively and consistently
