Sales Expert - Recruitment Services (3-6 yrs)
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for recruitment? We are looking for a Sales Expert to drive client acquisition for our recruitment business. This is a commission-only opportunity with unlimited earning potential for high performers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients who require recruitment services.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
- Present our recruitment solutions and close high-value deals.
- Negotiate contracts and manage the client onboarding process.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Who Should Apply?
- Professionals with experience in B2B sales, HR sales, or recruitment sales.
- Strong communicators with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated individuals who can work independently and generate leads.
- Candidates with prior experience in recruitment/staffing sales (preferred but not mandatory).
